This Employment Agreement and Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated by reference (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”) sets forth the principal terms of the employment relationship between Lee Parker (the “Employee”) and Geokinetics, Inc. and/or its subsidiaries (the “Company”).
