This Severance Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective August 17, 2015 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Helix Energy Solutions Group, Inc., a Minnesota corporation (the “Company”), and Erik Staffeldt (“Employee”), an individual residing in Houston, Texas. The Company and Employee are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties,” and individually referred to as a “Party.”
