This Employee Retention Agreement (the “Agreement”) is effective as of July 31, 2015, by and between Hong Zhao (“Employee”), SciClone Pharmaceuticals (China) Co., Ltd., a People’s Republic of China limited liability company, and SciClone Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a Delaware corporation (together, the “Company”).
