This SWAP CONTRACT ADMINISTRATION AGREEMENT, dated as of February 28, 2007 (this “Agreement”), among THE BANK OF NEW YORK (“BNY”), as Swap Contract Administrator (in such capacity, the “Swap Contract Administrator”) and not in its individual or corporate capacity but solely as Trustee under the Pooling and Servicing Agreement referred to below (in such capacity, the “Trustee”), and COUNTRYWIDE HOME LOANS, INC. (“CHL”).

This Special Sub-Servicing Agreement (this “Agreement”) among Countrywide Home Loans, Inc. (“CHL”), Countrywide Home Loans Servicing LP (“CSLP” and, together with CHL, the “Company”), Sunfish Mortgage Fund Ltd. (“Sunfish”), Credit-Based Asset Servicing and Securitization LLC (“C-BASS” and, together with Sunfish, as holders of the Residual Certificates identified on Schedule I, the “Residual Holder”) and Litton Loan Servicing LP, an affiliate of C-BASS, as special Sub-Servicer (the “Special Sub-Servicer”) shall be effective as of March 1, 2005.
