THIS SEVERANCE AGREEMENT, dated as of December 7, 2016, (the “Agreement”) is between Perceptron, Inc. (the “Company”) and Richard J. Van Valkenburg, who began employment by the Company in the position of Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing (the “Executive”) effective December 6, 2016.
