THIS SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT is made as of June 16, 2021, between Brown Brothers Harriman & Co., (“BBH&Co.”) a New York limited partnership, through a separately identifiable department known as the Brown Brothers Harriman Mutual Fund Advisory Department (the “Adviser”), and Bares Capital Management, Inc., a Texas corporation (“Sub-Adviser”) with respect to the BBH Partner Fund – Small Cap Equity, a series of BBH Trust (the “Agreement”).

Except as amended hereby, all terms of the Existing Agreement remain in full force and effect. This Amendment includes the amendments in Schedule A and general terms in Schedule B.
