Agreement made as of this 30th day of December, 2010 by and among Destra Investment Trust (the “Trust”), a Massachusetts business trust, on behalf of its series the Destra US All Cap L Series Fund (the “Fund”), Destra Advisors LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Adviser”), a registered investment adviser with the Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”), and Zebra Capital Management, LLC, a limited liability company and a registered investment adviser with the SEC (the “Sub-Adviser”).
