THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of this 30th day of April, 2009, by and between CONCORDE FUNDS, INC., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”).

THIS ADDENDUM dated as of this 13th day of May, 2009, to the Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement which was originally titled Shareholder Servicing Agent Agreement, dated as of November 19, 1987 (the “Transfer Agent Agreement”) is entered into by and between CONCORDE VALUE FUNDS, INC., a Texas Corporation (the "Corporation") and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company ("USBFS").
