THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of June 3, 2010, by and between Intrepid Capital Management Funds Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Intrepid All Cap Fund (“Fund”), a series of the Trust, and the adviser of the Fund, Intrepid Capital Management, Inc.
