THIS AMENDED AND RESTATED OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of August 1, 2013, by and between Bridge Builder Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the Bridge Builder Bond Fund (the "Fund"), and the investment adviser of the Fund, Olive Street Investment Advisers, LLC (the “Adviser”).
