THIS AGREEMENT is effective as of the 1st day of July, 2016, by and between CONCORDE FUNDS, INC., a Texas corporation (the “Company”), and U.S. BANK NATIONAL ASSOCIATION, a national banking association organized and existing under the laws of the United States of America (the “Custodian”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces the custody agreement between Concorde Funds, Inc. and U.S. Bank National Association dated as April 30, 2009.

This Agreement supersedes and replaces the fund accounting servicing agreement between Concorde Funds, Inc. and U.S. Bancorp Fund Services, LLC of August 29, 2006.
