THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement’) is made as of the 16th day of November, 2016 between Managed Portfolio Series (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust and Quasar Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company. Tortoise Index Solutions, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the Adviser), is a party hereto with respect to Article 3 and Article 5 only.
