This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 13th day of July, 2017 by and among CHANGE FINANCE, PBC, a Colorado public benefit corporation with its principal place of business at 11823 North 75th Street, Longmont, Colorado, 80503 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and VIDENT INVESTMENT ADVISORY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 300 Colonial Center Parkway, Suite 330, Roswell, Georgia 30076 (the “Sub-Adviser”).

THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement’) effective as of this 13th day of July, 2017 between ETF Series Solutions (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust and Quasar Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company. Change Finance, PBC, the investment advisor to the Trust (the “Adviser”), is a party hereto with respect to Article 5.
