THIS AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the 14th day of August, 2018, by and between Manager Directed Portfolios, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), Quasar Distributors, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”) and iM Global Partner US, LLC, the investment advisor to the Trust (the “Advisor”).
