THIS AGREEMENT is made and effective as of the 8th day of March, 2018, by and between ALLIED ASSET ADVISOR FUNDS, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), and U.S. BANCORP FUND SERVICES, LLC, a Wisconsin limited liability company (“USBFS”). This Agreement supersedes and replaces in its entirety the Transfer Agent Servicing Agreement dated June 29, 2000, as amended, between the Trust and USBFS.
