THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is between ETF Series Solutions (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Quasar Distributors, LLC (the “Distributor”), a Delaware limited liability company. Distillate Capital Partners, LLC (the “Adviser”), the investment adviser to the series of the Trust listed in Schedule A hereto (each, a “Fund”, and collectively, the “Funds”), is a party hereto with respect to Article 5.
