THIS DISTRIBUTION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is between SERIES PORTFOLIOS TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), QUASAR DISTRIBUTORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (the “Distributor”), and PALM VALLEY CAPITAL MANAGEMENT LLC, a Florida limited liability company and the investment adviser to the series of the Trust listed in Exhibit A (the “Adviser”).
