This INVESTMENT ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of this 23rd day of September, 2020 by and between ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), a Delaware statutory trust, and Whitford Asset Management LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 2001 Market Street, Suite 2500, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania 19103 (the “Adviser”).
