This INVESTMENT SUB-ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made as of JANUARY 20, 2022 by and among GRAYSCALE ADVISORS, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business at 290 Harbor Drive, 4th Floor, Stamford, Connecticut 06902 (the “Adviser”), ETF SERIES SOLUTIONS (the “Trust”), and VIDENT INVESTMENT ADVISORY, LLC, a Delaware limited liability company with its principal place of business located at 1125 Sanctuary Parkway, Suite 515, Alpharetta, Georgia 30009 (the “Sub-Adviser”).
