This AGREEMENT, dated as of the ______ day of July, 2009, made by and between Meehan Mutual Funds, Inc. (“Fund”), a corporation operating as an open-end, management investment company registered under the Investment Company Act of 1940, as amended (the “Act”), duly organized and existing under the laws of the State of Maryland, Edgemoor Investment Advisors, Inc. ("Adviser"), a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of Maryland, and Integrity Fund Services, Inc. ("Integrity"), a corporation duly organized under the laws of the State of North Dakota (collectively, the "Parties").
