THIS AGREEMENT is made and entered into as of the 22nd day of June 2006, by and between ARROW INVESTMENT ADVISORS, LLC (the “Adviser”), a Delaware limited liability company registered under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, as amended (the “Advisers Act”), and DORSEY WRIGHT AND ASSOCIATES, INC., a Virginia Corporation under the laws of the State of Virginia (the “Subadviser”), and also registered under the Advisers Act with respect to each series listed on Exhibit A hereto (each a “Fund”), each a series of the NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”).
