AGREEMENT, made as of March 26 , 2009 between Northern Lights Fund Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), and Summit Portfolio Advisors, LLC, a limited liability company organized and existing under the laws of the State of Colorado (the "Adviser") located at 12606 Julian Street, Broomfield, Colorado 80020.
