THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AND SECURITY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 15th day of December 2011, by and between ADVISORONE FUNDS, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of HORIZON ACTIVE ASSET ALLOCATION FUND (the “Fund”) a series of the Trust, and the advisor of the Fund, Horizon Investments, LLC (the “Advisor”).
