THIS OPERATING EXPENSES LIMITATION AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is effective as of the 26th day of June, 2008, as revised March 25, 2010, and September 24, 2013 and August 12, 2014, by and between NORTHERN LIGHTS FUND TRUST, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of Leader Short-Term Bond Fund and Leader Total Return Fund, (each a “Fund” and collectively the “Funds”) each a series of the Trust, and the Advisor of such Funds, Leader Capital Corp. (the “Advisor”).
