This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (“Agreement”) by and between Proxim Wireless Corporation, a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), and Pankaj Manglik (the “Executive”), is dated and entered into as of January 16, 2008 (the “Signing Date”) but is effective (except as otherwise specifically noted) as of the Effective Date defined below in Section 4 hereof.
