THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) by and among ROCKVILLE FINANCIAL, INC., a Connecticut corporation (the “Company”), ROCKVILLE BANK, a Connecticut savings bank and a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (the “Bank”), and Joseph F. Jeamel, Jr. (“Executive”) shall become effective as of the consummation of the reorganization and the minority stock issuance as contemplated in the Plan of Reorganization and Minority Stock Issuance adopted by the Boards of Directors of the Bank and Charter Oak Community Bank Corp. (the “Effective Date”).
