THIS INTERIM ADVISORY AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made this as of the 1st day of July, 2004, between DENVER INVESTMENT ADVISORS LLC, a Colorado limited liability company (“DIA”), and FINANCIAL INVESTORS TRUST, a Delaware business trust (the “Trust”), with respect to the ARISTATA EQUITY FUND, a series of the Trust (the “Fund”).
