THIS OPERATING EXPENSE LIMITATION AGREEMENT, dated as of August 29, 2012, is made and entered into by and between Drexel Hamilton Mutual Funds, a Delaware statutory trust (the "Trust"), on behalf of each series of the Trust set forth on Schedule A attached hereto, which may be amended from time to time (the "Funds"), and Drexel Hamilton Investment Partners, LLC (the "Adviser").
