This Separation Agreement and Release of All Claims (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into between Southwest Iowa Renewable Energy, LLC (“SIRE” or the “Company”) and Cindy Patterson (the “Employee”). The Company and the Employee are referred to herein as the “parties”.
