This Supervisory Agreement (Agreement) is made and is effective this 4th day of April, 2008 (the Effective Date), by and between MainStreet Savings Bank, FSB, Hastings, Michigan (MainStreet or the Association) OTS Docket No. 00966, a federal stock savings bank, and the Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS), a bureau of the United States Department of the Treasury, acting through its Central Regional Director or his designee (Regional Director).
