We refer to the Agency Agreement by and among DST Systems, Inc. (“DST”) and the Lord Abbett Family of Funds (the “Funds”), dated January 1, 2017 (the “Agreement”). Pursuant to Section 24(D) of the Agreement, DST and the Funds agree to amend the Agreement as follows:

This Expense Limitation Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made and entered into this 1st day of May, 2018 between Lord, Abbett & Co. LLC (“Lord Abbett”), and Lord Abbett Global Fund, Inc. (the “Company”) with respect to Lord Abbett Emerging Markets Corporate Debt Fund (the “Fund”).
