AMENDED AND RESTATED RULE 12b-1 DISTRIBUTION PLAN AND AGREEMENT dated as of August 1, 2018 by and between each of the registered, open-end management investment companies acting individually in respect of their constituent series listed on Schedule A hereto (each a “Fund”) and Lord Abbett Distributor LLC, a New York limited liability company (the “Distributor”). This Amended and Restated Joint Rule 12b-1 Distribution Plan and Agreement dated as of August 1, 2018 supersedes the Amended and Restated Joint Rule 12b-1 Distribution Plan and Agreement dated as of December 15, 2016.

The undersigned, being at least a majority of the Trustees of Lord Abbett Securities Trust, a Delaware statutory trust organized pursuant to a Declaration and Agreement of Trust dated February 26, 1993 (the “Declaration”), do hereby agree, pursuant to Section 5.3 of the Declaration, to change the name of Lord Abbett International Dividend Income Fund to “Lord Abbett International Value Fund.”
