AGREEMENT made as of the 8th day of February, 2023, by and between Dimensional ETF Trust, a Delaware statutory trust (the “Trust”), on behalf of the DIMENSIONAL GLOBAL REAL ESTATE ETF (the “ETF”), a separate series of the Trust, and DIMENSIONAL FUND ADVISORS LP, a Delaware limited partnership (the “Manager”), amending and restating the Investment Management Agreement dated December 4, 2022, to lower the fee rate paid to the Manager.
