This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is made effective as of May 1, 2012 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Home Federal Savings and Loan Association, a federally chartered stock savings and loan association (the “Association”) and Ralph E. Coffman, Jr. (“Executive”). The Association and Executive are sometimes collectively referred to herein as the “parties.” Any reference to the “Company” shall mean Poage Bankshares, Inc., the stock holding company of the Association. The Company is a signatory to this Agreement for the purpose of guaranteeing the Association’s performance hereunder.
