This Employment Agreement (this “Agreement”) is entered into as of the 18th day of March 2014, and made effective as of the Effective Time, as defined below, by and between Home Federal Savings and Loan Association, a federally chartered stock savings and loan association (the “Association”) and Bruce VanHorn (“Executive”).
