This Change in Control Agreement (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of the 19th day of January, 2016 (the “Effective Date”), by and between Town Square Bank (the “Bank”), a federally chartered savings association that is headquartered in Ashland, Kentucky, and Miles R. Armentrout (“Executive”).
