The Borrower (hereinafter referred to as “the Borrower”) shall approve this Special Bank Overdraft Agreement (hereinafter referred to as “this Agreement”) in addition to all of the provisions of the Bank Transaction Agreement entered into by and between the Borrower and Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation (hereinafter referred to as “the Bank”), and carry out this bank overdraft transaction in such manner as set forth below:
