AGREEMENT effective March 1, 2009 by and between The Joseph A. Bank Mfg. Co., Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Employer”) and the MID-ATLANTIC REGIONAL JOINT BOARD, Local 806, an unincorporated association (hereinafter referred to as the “Union”), for and on behalf of itself and the employees now employed, or hereafter to be employed by the Employer at its Hampstead, Maryland, Distribution Centers and National Tailoring Service branch, located at 500 Hanover Pike and 626 Hanover Pike in Hampstead, Maryland.
