This Severance Agreement and General Release (“Agreement”) is entered into between SUPERVALU INC, and all its past and present subsidiary, related, and affiliated companies; all its present or past officers, directors, and employees; and any person who acted on behalf of or on instructions of SUPERVALU INC. (collectively, the “Company”) and Pamela K. Knous (“Employee”).
