This Employment Agreement (the “Agreement”) between Hanmi Financial Corporation (“Hanmi” or the “Company”), a Delaware corporation, and Dr. Sung Sohn (“Executive”) is hereby entered into effective as of the 3rd day of January, 2005, contingent upon Executive commencing employment on that date (“Effective Date”).
