Avila (hereinafter referred to as the “Employee”) and Quanta Services, Inc., a Delaware corporation, including its associated companies and subsidiaries, officers, directors, supervisors, managers, employees, stockholders, agents, attorneys, representatives and assigns (hereafter collectively referred to as the “Company”).
