This letter agreement (this “Agreement”) sets forth certain terms and conditions in connection with your termination of employment from Sun-Times Media Group, Inc. (“Sun-Times”) and its subsidiaries and affiliates, effective as of December 29, 2006 (the “Effective Date”). Upon the Effective Date, the Amended and Restated Employment Agreement, dated as of March 2, 2006, between you and Hollinger International Inc. (the “Employment Agreement”) shall terminate and be of no further force and effect, except as otherwise specifically provided herein.
