THIS EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”), dated as of December 14, 2007 (the “Effective Date”), is entered into among Altra Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation, (“Holdings”) Altra Industrial Motion, Inc., a Deleware owned subsidiary of Holdings (the “Company”), and Christian Storch (“Executive”). Certain capitalized terms used in this Agreement are defined in Section 12 hereof.
