THIS AMENDMENT (“Amendment”) is made this the 5th day of February, 2008, and shall modify and amend the terms of that certain Custody Agreement (the “Custody Agreement”) dated March 8, 2007, between Triangle Capital Corporation (“Customer”) and U.S. Bank National Association (“Custodian”).
