SYSTEM *** REWORK AGREEMENT made by and between AT&T GLOBAL INFORMATION SOLUTIONS (heretofore known as NCR CORPORATION). The May 16, 1995 agreement was an addendum to the NCR/AMCOM SUPPORT AGREEMENT, dated July 1, 1991.
