This Employment Agreement (“Agreement”) is made effective as of the 1st day of September, 2007 (the “Effective Date”) by and between (i) Northwest Savings Bank (the “Bank”), a Pennsylvania-chartered stock savings bank and Northwest Bancorp, Inc. (the “Company”), a federally-chartered corporation, each with its principal administrative office at Liberty and Second Streets, Warren, Pennsylvania 16365 (collectively referred to as the “Employer”), and (ii) Gregory C. LaRocca (“Executive”).
