This Separation Agreement and General Release is entered into effective as of the 15th day of December, 2008, by and between Tom Stone, a U.S. citizen with resident at Maumee, OH (“Employee”) and Dana Holding Corporation, a Delaware Corporation together with its affiliates and subsidiaries (collectively referenced herein as “Dana” or the “Company”).
