This SEVERANCE AGREEMENT (this “Agreement”) is effective as of October 5, 2020, or such earlier date as Employee commences employment with the CyrusOne Group (as defined below) on or after the date of execution of this Agreement by the parties hereto (the “Effective Date”), by and between John Hatem (“Employee”) and CyrusOne Management Services LLC, a Delaware Limited Liability Company (“Employer”).
