This WARRANT AGENT AGREEMENT (this “Warrant Agreement”) dated as of July [ ], 2024 (the “Issuance Date”) is between Haoxi Health Technology Limited, a Cayman Islands corporation (the “Company”), and TranShare Corporation (the “Warrant Agent”).
