THIS AGREEMENT (the “Agreement”) is made effective as of this 22nd day of June, 2013, (the “Effective Date”) by and between Comcast Cable Communications Management, LLC., a Delaware Limited Liability Company, with offices at 1701 JFK Boulevard Philadelphia, PA 19103-2838 (“Comcast”) and StarTek, Inc., a Delaware corporation, with offices at 8200 E. Maplewood Ave., Suite 100, Greenwood Village, CO 80111 (“Vendor”).
